You’ll receive a starting salary of £31,500. Whilst on the Graduate Development Programme, policy advisers will receive a salary uplift to £36,450 after 18 months and either £39,420 (Darlington) or £42,420 (London) after 3 years  – both uplifts are subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
